Pierce. Processing steps included: editing of the data using various diagnostics, calibration of the phase and amplitude errors of the ADCP/navigation/gyrocompass system by covariability analysis between currents and ship velocity, reference layer velocity smoothing, and final production of earth-referenced velocities.
